Einstein has a theory of relativity and so we must ask ourselves before answering how safe are e cigarettes how relative and at what level is classed as safe. Since the introduction of cigarettes and the monies generated by tobacco sales the industry is recognised globally as a huge one in monetary values. So the Powers that be likewise have a vested interest normally passed onto us via taxes! Hardly any advertising power goes to the promotion of quitting smoking in percentage terms especially when compared to the advertising campaigns of the traditional cigarette suppliers. Likewise the e cigarette is only just finding its place in the market all be it at a low level due to its recent development and introduction and so far with little advertising power.

Some safety tests have been carried out in New Zealand and more tests are in the making. What has been found is that when comparing a quantifiable inhaled amount of exactly the same value between a normal cigarette and an e cig the nicotine inhaled is one third less with the e cig. Of course some cigarettes are super strength and likewise e cigarettes have strengths of electronic liquids and cartridges likewise have varying strengths. Bearing in mind that the atomisation process produces no tobacco nor smoke.

We believe the time line has a way to go in evolvement , it’s been four years since smoking was banned in may public places in the UK  and our “guestimate” is another two years before we see more e cigarettes sold openly and freely on the market shelves.  Of course as electronic cigarettes burn no tobacco and are not cigarettes they can be smoked in public places but for armed is forewarned as there are many people out there who need educating. All ready some of the celebrities have been snapped smoking e cigs , some even on TV shows and it could be they who just tip the balance in the advertising campaigns.
